Description
Deltapro LLC is looking for experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to coordinate, manage and monitor company's ongoing projects from the very beginning to project closure.
Responsibilities
- Accept and open new projects
- Delegate each particular project to implementing team members
- Monitor and coordinate project implementation process
- Organize project discussions and negotiations with other project-releted departments
- Set realistic deadlines and meet them
- Negotiate with external partners and suppliers on project-related activities
- Coordinate and monitor the production process both in frame of quality and time management
- Maintain project communication with customers upon request
- Develop and maintain good business relationships between project implementation and production teams
- Control the quality of implemented project and close the project
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Management, Economics, Sales, Marketing, Sociology or other relevant sphere
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Project management (preferably in Construction sector)
- Proven track record of previous successful projects
- Proven knowledge of project lifecycle
- Outstanding presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct regular market research for new products, services and opportunities
- Ability to manage several urgent projects simultaneously
- Problem solving and stress-resistant personality
- Ability to travel internally at least up to 25% of working time
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Good computer literacy
- Valid driving license is a plus
