Responsibilities
- Demand and supply planning and forecasting
- Manage the end to end bid process from early identification of opportunities through to timely submission of winning bids
- Lead the bid process
- Request proposals and quotes
- Find new product suppliers
- Consult and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Set contract terms and conditions with vendors
- Set delivery schedules and tracking delivery
- Communicate with other departments and the Company employees regarding orders
- Stay up to date on market conditions and price trends
- Coordinate the production schedule of the Company with outside suppliers
- Timely prepare and insure the integrity of import documentation
- Verify contents and quantities of all incoming shipments
- Manage logistics operations
- Improve the purchasing process
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education; master's degree is a plus
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in a comparable position
- Knowledge of financial management systems
- Knowledge of customs clearance process
- High sense of responsibility
- Decision-making ability
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; fluency in Russian and English languages
- Computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
