Description
Responsibilities
- Form and submit for the approval contracts, requests, minutes which are connected to the procurement and follow up their validity period.
- Organize the procurement process documentation, ensure their electronic and paper archiving,
- Follow up the timely performance of payments and the maintenance of warranty service terms,
- Collect procurement requests from different departments, check and make corrections, submit for approval,
- If necessary, make purchases or receive services,
- Examine suppliers' offers, negotiate with them, provide information about the required products and services,
- Follow the quality of services, the purchase, installation and service of goods provided by a supplier, according to the contract,
- Perform other responsibilities related to key functions.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher Education,
- Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems;
- Ability to study, search, compare, offer alternatives,
- Good communication and negotiation skills,
- Ability to cope with conflict situations,
- Organizational skills and ability to perform team work,
- Ability to work under pressure in short terms,
- Good computer skills (MS Office),
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and/or English is an asset.
