Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operations of the CMX Solutions site & Contact Center in Armenia;
  • Responsible for optimization of the operations and achievement of high efficiency rate;
  • Directly responsible for management of the employees on the site and all HR related issues;
  • Manage all day to day client specific contractual agreement/s;
  • Responsibility that predefined KPIs and Quality standards are met;
  • Responsible for monitoring day to day performance against Service Levels;
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection of new employees and management and development of the existing;
  • Supervise maintenance of preferred staffing levels;
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in call center operations management; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies;
  • Responsible for running the company and its operations on the Armenian market from legislative and management perspective including regular communication and management of the locally contracted vendors and service providers (accounting, legal etc.);
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
  • Other responsibilities/duties given by superior
  • Facilitate and assist in setting up the new site in Yerevan 

 

RequiredQualifications

  • University degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent English language skills (well spoken and written German would be advantageous)
  • Minimum 5 years managerial experience
  • Experience in project manager and finance management;
  • Contact Center experience would be desirable, but not mandatory
  • Ability to seek out, manage and influence opportunities for continuous improvement and change;
  • Ability to ensure highest standards of quality and customer care are achieved;
