Responsibilities

The marketing manager is responsible for elaboration of fully integrated marketing strategy. With this regards marketing manager shall:

• Develop and implement the Brand strategy.
• Develop the marketing and communication strategy for new and existing products.
• Develop marketing plans for different promotion channels and orgnise respective activities, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
• Develop digital marketing plans through various digital channels, including online marketing, social media marketing and mobile marketing.
• Smoothly manage the sales funnel to efficiently reach and involve the target consumers.

 

The marketing manager is responsible for continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends, and for developing competitive products.  With this regards, the marketing manager is required to: 

• Develop tools and activities to analysis the market, the competitive environment, consumer needs and potential products opportunities.  
• Organize and guide the product management team to elaborate new products.
• Provide the Sales teams with appropriate information, tools, materials and presentations.

The marketing manager is also responsible for building and managing the successful marketing team.

RequiredQualifications

To succeed in job functions, the marketing manager will need to have:

• Bachelors or Masters’ degree in Marketing, Management or business administration.
• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and communications, brand management as well as experience in digital marketing, social media marketing. Experience in Insurance field is a plus.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns.
• Business mindset with the ability to identify original branding or product opportunities.
• Confident, driven and dynamic leader with strong communication and people management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Armenian and Russian, English is a plus.
