ID Bank CJSC is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support (Help Desk) Specialist to provide initial help desk support by troubleshooting and resolving routine computer, printer, and network help desk requests. Some experience with Help Desk/ Desktop duties is strongly preferred. The incumbent will also assist in network and end user support by answering calls, documenting incidents and requests for service, assisting users with answering questions.

Responsibilities
- Assist in answering calls from end users, coaching on system applications, troubleshoot and resolve routine computer, printer, and network requests, keep end users updated on status of requests;
- Address end users in a prompt, courteous and professional manner;
- Escalate non-routine issues to next level of support;
- Document and maintain records of end user issues, network issues, support;
- May assist coworkers with computer systems operations including setup of new computers, maintenance, hardware purchasing, shipping and receiving, hardware/ software installation;
- Perform other job-related duties as requested or assigned.

RequiredQualifications
- At least bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience;
- Prior computer network experience;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Strong knowledge of PC's hardware and software running Microsoft operating systems;
- Knowledge of other operating systems is a plus.
