Responsibilities

• Manage all marketing activities within the marketing department.
• Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Analyze competitive environment if needed.
• Hold business correspondence with international brands.
• Predict and propose marketing investments.
• Prepare and coordinate the company’s marketing budget, media plan and marketing action plan.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
• Develop and coordinate special projects like Loyalty Program, Rebranding etc.
• Build strategic relationships with key partners, agencies and vendors.
• Be informed with the marketing latest trends, technologies and methodologies.
• Check Company’s performance in social networks and quality of communications.
• Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports on marketing activities and expenses. 
• Coordinate the marketing team’s daily operations and tasks.

RequiredQualifications

• Higher education, preferable in Marketing or Economic fields;
• Work experience in a relevant field more than 3 years;
• Managerial work experience;
• Analytical and strategic thinking;
• Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner;
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work under the time pressure;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
• Advanced computer skills.
