Responsibilities
- Create digital and print graphics material including but not limited to brochures, banners, guides, invitations, etc.
- Create in-house marketing material, such as designs for social media and the website
- Produce accurate production files along with comprehensive style guides
- Work with printing partners to ensure the timely delivery of all designed work
- Frequently travel to COAF supported communities and COAF SMART Campus for photo shooting sessions
- Filter, manipulate, color correct and tag images
- Populate, supervise and maintain Company's photography archive on the file server
- Mirror Company's photography database on media portfolio websites such as Flickr, Photobucket, etc in a well-organized manner for effective access from Company's U.S. headquarters in a timely manner
- Collaborate closely with PR /Marketing team, and Company's Program Teams
- If necessary, train others in the team
RequiredQualifications
- Excellent understanding of design principles
- Excellent understanding of photography principles
- 5 years of experience both in Graphic Design and Photography
- Experience with modern designing and illustration software such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Being a MS Windows Power User is a plus
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Team player
- Good time-management skills and great interpersonal and communication skills
- High organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English
