Responsibilities
- Manage all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets
- Manage relationship with current local partners and develop new ones
- Cooperating with Marketing department to adapt the business model in a specific country to be culturally relevant without losing its identity
- Cultivate and develop high-level client relationships and leverage a highly consultative approach within the aligned region
- Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the aligned country
- Benchmark productivity of the project against industry standards and create measures to improve it
- Ensure location management team sets goals and objectives which remain focused on overall business strategies
- Agree annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan
- Synthesize weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development
- Work closely with all Departments to define Company’s strategy in the country.
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, management or business
- Experience in managing commercial projects of at least 4 years
- Experience conceptualizing, planning, developing, and coordinating large-scale, complex projects
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
- Stress resistance
- Fluent in Russian, both written and spoken
- Ability to travel for 1 week per month
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
