Responsibilities
- Follow up the alerting signals to be recorded;
- Provide accurate responses to all claims and problems received from Customer Service and Business Solutions staff;
- Examine and solve the problems and inform line manager;
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
- Ensure system maintenance and operation;
- Solve the problems of maintenance and operation under supervision of the direct manager;
- Make data archiving from network elements;
- Prepare problems reports for the management.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education, preferably in the sphere of Telecommunication or Computer Sciences;
- At least two (2) years of work experience in IT/Telecommunication sphere;
- Relevant knowledge and experience in the field of IT networks, Cloud services, Data Centre;
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
- Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity routers, firewalls, servers and security;
- Ability to work with overload;
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office);
- Good language skills: Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Skills in technologies;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Team working and communication skills;
- Reporting skills;
- Adaptability/Flexibility.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- 24-hours availability.
