Description
Responsibilities
- Provide feasibility assessment of introduction of new products of the Bank, develop the business model and make the respective business proposal,
- Develop new products and coordinate the processes for their introduction in line with the general strategy, policies and business processes of the Bank,
- Make market research and provide recommendations,
- Review the product portfolios of the Bank, identify weaknesses and strengths, make the respective recommendations,
- Take measures for improvement of product quality,
- Develop information bulletins, leaflets and other materials for banking products,
- Participate in the projects implemented by the Bank,
- Perform other functions as required under the internal regulations of the Bank.
RequiredQualifications
- At least 7-year experience in the banking system,
- University degree in Economy,
- Knowledge of banking laws,
- Excellent knowledge of banking products,
- Idea generation talent,
- Excellent presentation and writing skills,
- Efficient communication and teamwork skills,
- Analytical thinking,
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English
