Description
Responsibilities
- Develop/amend internal regulations of the Bank,
- Develop Strategic Plan and participate in the budgeting process of the Bank,
- Make analyses of the main indicators and development trends in the banking system, the Bank business results, as well as competitor activities,
- Assess the Bank’s competitive position and make recommendations on its continued improvement,
- Make analysis of the internal/external environment, particularly the macroeconomic indicators and its impact on business of the Bank,
- Develop business plans and relevant documentation for branches/representation offices to be newly created and/or relocated,
- Make analyses and researches,
- Perform other functions as required under the internal regulations of the Bank.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree (in Economy or Finance),
- At least 5-year experience in the banking system, 3years of which in methodology and analysis,
- Excellent knowledge of banking laws,
- Analytical thinking,
- Initiation and problem solving skills,
- Excellent presentation and writing skills,
- Efficient communication and teamwork skills,
- Ability to perform tasks independently,
- Knowledge of MS Office and Armenian Software,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English.
