Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the implementation of financial policy of the company, as well as for overseeing both finance and accounting departments;
- Analyses profitability based on detailed cost structures;
- Informs senior management on financial situation of the company branches and further development trends as well as on results of the financial operations;
- Generates financial reports, analyses them and formulates recommendations.
- Prepare detailed cost analysis,
- Prepare forecasts and performs budget vs. actual analysis
- Generates financial reports according to the company requirements;
- responsible for budgeting and internal financial control, as well as for cash flow and accounts receivable;
- Implements and continuously improves the existing financial practices/processes
- Supervises staff in both finance and accounting departments.
RequiredQualifications
- Not less than 2 years of job experience in managerial positions of finance and accounting is obligatory
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Economics/Accounting/Finance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Knowledge of Accountancy and Financial business processes and reporting standards, including IFRS
- Strict adherence to the deadlines and ability to work under pressure
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
