Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from sales teams or cross-functional teams in a timely manner
- Develop incentive programs
- Understand and document clients' reporting requirements for their Incentive program.
- Maximize up selling opportunities by proposing additional events and activities suitable and complimenting to the MICE booking
- Maintain MICE generating accounts through various sales activities (telephone calls, sight inspections, entertainment etc.) jointly with Accounts Manager
- Work on special projects such as process improvements & documentation, data analysis, ad-hoc reporting, training and presentations
- Accurate and comprehensive market study with a focus on competitor activities to ensure maintaining a competitive market position
RequiredQualifications
- Preferable a graduate of French Department with profound knowledge of French and English languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outloo
- Great will to work and master in tourism sector
- Understand group, catering and FIT position of all hotels
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to function as a team member within the Incentive Management team and interact professionally with other entities both internally and externally
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner with limited need for day-to-day supervision
- Strong people management skills – ability to manage difficult interactions proactively and professionally
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Good problem solving skills
