Responsibilities
- Welcomes customers to the hotel, responds to customer requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings
- Makes guest check-ins and check-outs and makes all the corresponding registrations
- Answers all incoming telephone calls
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education
- Professional experience in the hotel is a plus
- Fluent in Armenian, Russian and English (additional foreign languages are advantage)
- Good interpersonal skills, guest oriented and service minded, team player
