Description
Responsibilities
- Create functional/performance test-cases for automated regression suite
- Manual testing for newer and existing functionalities
- Detailed and coherent bug reporting
- Prepare comprehensive test-plans
- Analyzing and improving testing coverage
- Working with development team to understand/debug/reproduce issues
- Looking through the results of tests, inspect the reasons of failures
- Writing test plans according to specification.
RequiredQualifications
- MS degree in computer science / physics / engineering or relevant field.
- At least 2 years of work experience as software QA
- knowledge of IC design concepts is big plus
- Understanding software testing theory and SDC.
- Good ability of TCL/Bash scripting
- Experience of working in Linux environment.
- Experience in using bug report systems or frameworks
- Experience in using software revision control ( P4 will be an asset )
- Coding skills ( C++ will be bonus )
