Description
The Human Resources (HR) Manager will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for Dorado Web LLC. The HR Manager will work under the COO supervision.
Responsibilities
- Search, identify and recruit the best talent for the Company;
- Oversee employee on-boarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
- Plan and implement activities to achieve team cohesiveness and good employee relations;
- Implement activities that will result in better employee performance, motivation and existing systems improvement;
- Address employees' concerns regarding employment and regulatory compliance and provide general employee services and counseling;
- Develop HR related policies and documentation;
- Assist in employee compensation and benefits administration.
RequiredQualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Tech companies;
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development;
- Good written and spoken communication skills in Armenian and English languages;
- Outstanding interpersonal, relationship building and employee coaching skills;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR Department staff members;
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team;
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment;
- Excellent organizational management skills;
- Teamplayer.
