Description
"Anelik Bank" CJSC is looking for an IT Project Manager/ Business Analyst who will proactively serve as a project coordinator directly working with business line executives and managers to collect, formalize and support the realization of software/ technological requirements. He/ she will be responsible for the evaluation, design, development and implementation of technical solutions.

Responsibilities
- Interact with the business users (managers and employees) of all business directions in terms of identifying their needs in software and technological solutions;
- Collect and review the needs of business units in the field of IT systems and automation of business processes;
- Prioritize software development tasks;
- Evaluate the feasibility of implementing new requirements and analysis of various ways of implementation: together with business users assess the effect of the implementation of requirements; together with IT, conduct a high-level estimation of labor intensity, labor efforts as well as cost of implementation;
- Manage the queue of requirements for completion in accordance with Bank priorities;
- Participate in testing of the developed service;
- Follow up on implementation of change management processes.

RequiredQualifications
- At least 5 years of work experience; at least 3 years of working experience in Banking is highly desirable (including in IT company specialized in the banking sector);
- Higher technical education;
- Understanding of the banking business (medium or advanced) will be a plus;
- Understanding of IT technologies and software development processes (requirements, technical specifications, testing, etc.);
- Experience in working with banking systems (LSBank, ARM-Soft, etc.) as a user or a technologist is an advantage;
- Experience in formalizing and business needs into technical requirements;
- Experience in testing and acceptance of software solutions;
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages will be a plus;
- Proactive approach; creativity;
- Team worker.
