Responsibilities
- Process all warranty claims and ensure they are submitted within a set period of time so that no money is lost by the Company;
- Facilitate all warranty related issues includes working with vendors and manufacturers to receive replacement vehicle parts;
- Provide advice on warranty to other members of the Company to ensure total customer satisfaction;
- Refer requests for advice/ consideration to the manufacturer;
- Examine outstanding warranty debts on weekly and daily reports and take action to recover;
- Check credit notes from manufacturer and pass to accounts to process;
- Responsible for checking, verifying and processing car warranty forms;
- Schedule warranty appointments and service;
- Work with shop managers, lead technicians and service advisors;
- Maintain full customer records on specific dealership programme.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher technical education;
- Knowledge of automotive industry, warranty, procurement and logistic experience is an advantage;
- Work experience in international vehicle companies is preferred;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian languages;
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- High sense of responsibility and attention to details;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Computer literacy: proficiency in Excel and experience in working with data bases.
