Responsibilities
-Implement and develop automated test practices for both web and windows applications
-Design and create test scripts to address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability in preparation for implementation
-Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope/delivery dates
-The employee may travel to UK for up to 3 months

RequiredQualifications
-4 to 8 Years of experience working on Automation Testing
-Proven experience developing automated test systems using any of the leading RPA tools like UiPath, HP UFT, TestComplete, AutoIT, Winium, Sikuli etc.
-Excellent experience working with Web Automation tools Selenium Web Driver, Selenium IDE & Selenium Grid
-Ability to create scripts beyond record and playback
-Experience testing VB.NET, C#, SQL, Windows GUI
-Experience working with GUI object recognition and customization
-Experience of source control systems and configuration management like TFS, SVN, Git, Jenkins, Nexus etc.
-Experience working with BDD using Cucumber or JBehave would be handy.
-The ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing
-Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment and learn new concepts / software technologies as needs arise
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, and a responsible team-player
-Highly collaborative style of working using all the collaborative Atlassian tools like Confluence, Jira
-Open & honest in all interactions with all stakeholders
-Listen, understand & come up with improvements in business (onshore team)
-Constructively challenge the existing practices & come up with improvements.
-Having an innovation mindset is a must
-Should have excellent communication skills. Should be able to communicate ideas to team efficiently and at the same time clarify & confirm if something is not clear
-Fluent in English speaking and understanding
