Responsibilities

- Manage the team of engineers composed of System Administrators, Database Administrators, Network and Storage Administrators and Application support
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ucom's TV service infrastructure, network, security and corresponding servers, application and database
- Deep technical support for the core systems of Ucom's TV Business
- Performs Problem Management
- Primarily in-charge of Capacity Management and Capacity Planning
- Analyze, recommend and implement continuous service improvement.
- Thorough review of platform changes to ensure that new services can be fully supported by platform management team
- Perform Service Continuity and Availability Management, report on performance against KPIs
- Collaborate and coordinate with other teams on system changes and projects

RequiredQualifications

- 5 years' experience in Network Administration, system administration or similar platform management capacity
- Deep understanding of IPTV, VOD and broadcasting/video architecture and technologies
- Able to create enterprise grade systems design and network architecture
- Leadership
