Responsibilities
- Answer customers' calls and assist them
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Help customers with their complaints and concerns via phone and email
- Write emails to customers and introduce our services
- Ensure continuous flow of information using the systems in place
RequiredQualifications
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of a European language (is an advantage)
- Have a university degree or be in the process of getting one (students can apply)
- Have experience in call center or customer service (is an advantage)
- Have a positive and professional attitude
- Be able to competently write emails to the customers and team members
- Possess strong communication skills and pay attention to detail
- Computer speed and savviness; familiarity with Google apps is a plus
- Able to work at night
- Be fast-learner
