Description
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Receptionist greets the guests, answers the phone calls and directs to the relevant individuals or department responsible. She/He is also responsible for incoming and outgoing documentation registration and delivery, ensuring feedback of incoming applications, registration of guests.
Responsibilities
-Ensuring the proper reception
-Greet and direct the visitors to the relevant employee
-Response to incoming calls
-Connect callers to appropriate department/contact
-Create electronic database of visitors' IDs
-Pass urgent messages to addresses
-Ensure proper mailing with the employees
-Perform the administrative tasks related to the department
-Assist HR Specialist in daily duties, organize interviews and maintain databases
-Assist in organization of new employees' onboarding process
-Receive and register and distribute (soft and hard) all incoming correspondence
-Register letters for management
-Send letters via Digitain drivers or international couriers
-Receive and register packages
-Reporting on weekly, monthly basis
-Report on accidents in Reception
-Assist in solving issues in Reception
-Perform other clerical tasks assigned by the management
RequiredQualifications
-Higher education
-Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.
-Understanding of administrative work principles
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Effective communication and listening skills
-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
-Customer service attitude
-Teamwork and cooperation
-Enthusiastic and self-motivated
-Reporting and analytical skills
-Ability to work under high pressure
