Responsibilities

- Implement and develop marketing strategy, branding, planning, researching, social media marketing, PR, organization of marketing campaigns, targeted on-line advertising
- Develop marketing communications plan including strategy, goals and budget. Maintain a keen understanding for industry trends
- Maintain the internal and external PR and Marketing policy considering the Brand standards
- Develop and implement Social Media strategy, follow-up on responses and communication via social networks, calendar management and content creation across multiple platforms
- Ensure the management and monitoring of social platforms and communication to consumers on a daily basis
- Develop and distribute required reports, press releases, success stories and other information materials
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
- Organize different events, exhibitions, presentations and campaigns; prepare speeches and materials for press conferences

RequiredQualifications

- Higher education in business, marketing, communications or other related fields
- At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing and running a marketing team
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of English, Russian languages
- Organizational skills, time planning and maintenance of deadlines
