Responsibilities
- Establishment of clients' needs and offering products based on their needs
- Explanation/demonstration of products and their features. Checking stock availability in case of interest
- Initiating and coordinating the process of purchasing
- Preparation of invoices, redirecting clients to cashiers and warehouses
- Offering alternative products
- When applicable provision of service based on the guaranty conditions
- Sorting of products based on shelves and price tags
- Provision of product availability
- Program registration of purchases
- Program registration of faulty and returned goods
- Control of warehouse stock
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education (Preferably in a technical field)
- Fluent knowledge of Armenian language
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of the purchasing process and related documentation
- Knowledge of procedures related to guaranty, return policies
