Description
The Office Manager will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team of program development, procurement, finance and other professionals to establish and maintain a strong system and management control for Human Resources,logistics, office procurement, office accounting and information systems. This position will report to the Finance and Administration Manager.

Responsibilities
- Work on and coordinate necessary Information Systems activities;
- Ensure and support the verification of inventory, so that it will always be updated and well managed;
- Coordinate with the Finance and Administration Manager to determine the main office’s procurement needs for equipment and supplies, ensuring the adequate use of the goods of The Project;
- Provide logistical support for The Organization of conferences and workshops, including those related to Program activities as well as for recognition and employee training;
- Keep a record of consultants under operations to support the Implementation Monitoring Program that involves monitoring contracts and revision for payments;
- Provide organizational and logistical support to consultants that visit The City;
- Maintain human resources files, ensuring that all of the required documentation is up to date and archived;
- Develop and update the logistical support of the ongoing operations.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience;
- Previous experience as an Office Manager is preferred;
- Previous experience working with non-governmental organizations or international contractors is highly valued;
- High proficiency in MS Office and the ability to use the Internet;
- Strong skills in time management and organization;
- Ability to manage various priorities;
- Ability to maintain confidential information and work with a wide variety of people;
- Superior capacity in oral and written communication;
- General knowledge of the norms, procedures, and practices of USAID is preferred;
- Fluency in English and Armenian languages.
