Description
ARGE BUSINESS LLC is looking for a highly qualified professional to fulfill the position of Brand Manager.

Responsibilities
-Brand planning and strategy
-Responsible for brand forecast, performance, budgeting, and profitability
-Develop annual global brand plan
-New product development, optimization of the product range
-Manage the negotiating with suppliers
-Manage the communication with suppliers to agree on sales plans and improve the result of trading conditions
-Manage the communication with potential / new suppliers. Evaluation of the potential launch of new categories and brands through market research (assortment, trading conditions and the importance of competitors, pricing, etc.)
-Collaboration with Sales Department, control of merchandising
-Brand-book keeping
-Develop innovation strategy
-Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights, needs and opportunities
-Oversee development in partnership with company's cross-functional teams
-Ongoing business management
-Develop and implement marketing programs to drive the business

RequiredQualifications
-Higher education, preferably in Economics, Marketing
-Skills in negotiating with foreign partners
-Customer involvement experience
-Knowledge of modern methods of market research and sales promotion
-Strong analytical and time management skills
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-The experience in food and beverage will be in plus
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly an advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint
-Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
-At least 2 years of work experience in sales and marketing
-Work experience in the relevant field is preferable
