Description
Noyan Tapan LLC is looking for an experienced and responsible Procurement/ Bid Specialist, who will manage the procurement strategies, follow-up and maintain bid processes.
Responsibilities
- Demand and supply planning and forecasting;
- Manage the end to end bid process from early identification of opportunities through to timely submission of winning bids;
- Lead the bid process;
- Request proposals and quotes;
- Find new product suppliers;
- Consult and maintain relationships with suppliers;
- Set contract terms and conditions with vendors;
- Set delivery schedules and tracking delivery;
- Communicate with other departments and the Company employees regarding orders;
- Stay up to date on market conditions and price trends;
- Coordinate the production schedule of the Company with outside suppliers;
- Timely prepare and insure the integrity of import documentation;
- Verify contents and quantities of all incoming shipments;
- Manage logistics operations;
- Improve the purchasing process.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education; master's degree is a plus;
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in a comparable position;
- Knowledge of financial management systems;
- Knowledge of customs clearance process;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Decision-making ability;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; fluency in Russian and English languages;
- Computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
