Description
RedKite LLC is looking for a C++ Software Developer. The incumbent will have the opportunity to work on modern code-base, developed with usage for modern C++ techniques and C++11/ C++14 standards, where he/ she can work without limitations imposed by outdated C++ compilers. The whole team works on industrial grade code with high quality and assurance, which is a result of code-base developed by unit testing and continuous integration methodologies, allowing the developers to work on major features and improvements without fear of breaking the existing functionality. This position requires a year-long commitment with a client in Sweden. For the right candidates and their immediate family members the relocation and associated logistics are handled by the Company and its European partner.
Responsibilities
- Analyse requirements and creation of new implementations;
- Create technical documentation;
- Communicate with the client for creation of new requirements;
- Work one week a month with the client onsite for test of the deliveries and sync on ongoing activities․
RequiredQualifications
- Excellent knowledge of C and C++ development language;
- Excellent knowledge of GNU and Visual Studio development tools;
- Excellent knowledge of development of C++ applications used to interact with embedded systems;
- Excellent knowledge in development of user space applications using POSIX on Linux/ Windows;
- Knowledge of tools for verification of developed applications like Valgrind's test suite;
- Knowledge of use of Linux OS as development environment;
- Basic knowledge of Gerrit and GIT;
- Use of CORBA;
- Knowledge of C++14;
- Knowledge of Boost․
