Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for identifying, developing and managing accounts within Travel Agency segments, markets
- Creating loyalty among the clients
- Identifying new or existing accounts that meet sales strategy market share from competitive hotels
- Achieving average rate goals through Travel Agency segment by applying the appropriate rate and revenue maximizations strategies
- Spending majority of time in face-to-face customer interaction
- Achieving room night production goals by developing and implementing strategies to grow accounts and shift
- Ensuring the account database is properly maintained and updated at all times
- Preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, etc)
- Recognizing opportunities to up-sell the customer and sell enhancements to create a better experience
- Conducting walk-in tours and site inspections. Participating in sales Blitzes
- Documenting and preparing statistics of Travel Agency accounts
- Preparing semi-annual review on time
- Producing monthly sales reports of activities, key opportunities and planned actions
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in the relevant field
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages, both oral and written
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Responsible, detail-minded
- Positive, outgoing personality with a clear and structured approach towards business tasks
- Strong knowledge of the local hospitality market and all its segments
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English with other languages being a plus
- Result-oriented and goal-driven personality
- Ability of teamwork
- Knowledge of other foreign languages than the required ones
- Work experience in branded hotels in sales department being a plus
