Responsibilities

• Install the requested  software on workstations and fix the software failures;
• Maintain the hardware, fix the problems and repair/change the damaged parts;
• Ensure network setup, provide installation of network equipment;
• Implement installation process of PCs and peripherals.

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field,
• At least 1 year of work experience in technical field,
• Knowledge of windows domain controller, active directory,
• Good knowledge of MS Windows 7/8/10, Office 2010/13 and other applications;
• Knowledge of networking, hardware-software troubleshooting and peripherals support;
• Technical learning skills;
• Good knowledge of English and Russian languages;
• Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments within the deadlines;
• Effective communication and planning skills;
• Ability to effectively manage change;
• Adaptability/flexibility;
• Problem solving skills.
