Description
The company is currently seeking a committed individual to fill in the vacancy of Operational manager in textile industry. The incumbent will implement and monitor the operational processes and coordinate the team work at the factory. This role will report to the General Director/Manager and owners of the company

Responsibilities
-Manage the workflow of the production department; making sure that the orders are well processed, and delivered right to the customer
-Coordinate, manage and monitor the workflow of various units in the company
-Manage daily activities, implement operational plans
-Monitor and analyze current processes and check their effectiveness
-Improve the operational systems and processes upon need
-Develop good communication channels in order to ensure the business is effective in its approach
-Develop marketing initiatives to ensure the brand is properly represented in the local market, the orders are well managed
-Support and develop team members ensuring their skills base is at a level to drive the business
-Provide reporting for senior management
-Perform other related tasks as assigned by the management

RequiredQualifications
-Higher education in a related field
-Minimum 5 year experience in production, factory, processes
-Strong finance management skills to follow up the cost related issues in the business
-Excellent communication skills in English, Armenian, Russian languages. The Arabic language skills will be a plus
-Strong analytical and organizational skills
-Ability to multitask on a daily basis
-Have critical thinking and problem solving skills
-Proven ability to push projects to completion
-Strong management, organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook is a must
-Strong written and verbal communication skill are a must.
-Team player with a can-do attitude
-Effective prioritizing and time management skills
-Hands-on and results-oriented
