"Global Credit" UCO CJSC is looking for a Head of Customer Distance Support Center.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Department and be responsible for the performance;
- Ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Department and the efficient use of resources;
- Present proposals for improving existing processes;
- Participate in the implementation of various projects;
- Organize new customer attraction through advertisement or other announcements with all the distance communication channels;
- Organize the sales process, collect information and perform analyses, make reports;
- Carry out reporting on the work done by the Department;
- Collect complaints and suggestions from clients and make reports;
- Organize the necessary courses for the employees to increase the effectiveness of the work;
- May be required to perform other duties arising out of the labor need.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher financial, economic or mathematical education;
- At least 3 years of working experience in financial-banking sector (preferably in service and lending sectors);
- Management experience;
- Initiative, responsible, results-oriented and purposeful person;
- Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills;
- Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems;
- Fast orientation skills;
- Ability to work in a fast and rapidly changing environment;
- Ability to work with a large amount of information and be attentive to details;
- Ability to simultaneously implement different assignments;
- Knowledge of legislation;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Outlook;
- Knowledge of AS Bank 4.0 is an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language, good command of English and Russian languages․
