Description
MMA Armenia LLC brokerage company is looking for a qualified Chief Executive Operator. The incumbent will be responsible for supervision/ coordination of all activities related to the Company.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the regulation of the Company's activity;
- Responsible for strategy development;
- Provide strong and visionary leadership in the development and implementation of the Company's strategic and business planning;
- Lead all aspects of operations, including effective staff supervision, performance management and development, quality program development and implementation, volunteerism, financial development and facility management;
- Coordinate projects, including various collaborations with other insurance and re-insurance companies;
- Responsible for establishment of business relations with clients and foreign partners.

RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Management, Insurance or a related field;
- At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant field;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages, both oral and written;
- Strong managerial skills;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with partners;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Good interpersonal communication skills;
- Problem-solving skills.
