Description
Idram LLC is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and result oriented candidates for the position of Call Center Specialist. The incumbent will do shift work, from 6 p.m. to 12 p.m. or from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Handle customers' inquires through all communication channels;
- Collect customers' feedback and if necessary escalate to the relevant department;
- Follow up on the accomplishments of registered customer requests;
- Provide up-selling and cross selling techniques.

RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree;
- At least 1 year of work experience in customer services related fields;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Team work abilities;
- Stress resistance;
- Advanced computer skills; knowledge of MS Office: Word and Excel;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages.
