Description
Responsibilities
- Record accounting entries relating to received materials, assets and other goods
- Help construction and operation team, provide requested information
- Collaborate with project construction team to resolve any uncertainty, identify WBS codes, assets, their storage place and usage purpose
- Collaborate with project construction team for cash flow planning
- Create assets in fixed assets ledger after completion of each unit
- Participate in stocktaking, identification of assets and users
- Represent finance-accounting team in site for any query, document delivery, etc.
- Provide technical support and advice on management
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Provide input into department's goal setting process
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience as an Accountant
- Good knowledge and experience of working with Armenian Software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, namely Outlook, Word and Excel
- Fluency in English language
- Sense of responsibility and honesty, punctual personality, ability to keep confidential information
- Care for details; patience
