Description
HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC is looking for a Supplied Services Agent/ Cashier. The incumbent will act as a Supplied Services team member, carry out delegated tasks within defined time frames and regulations in compliance with the Group's standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle variety of activities within operational tasks in Supplied Services Department;
- Responsible for preparing cash for branches, customers and ATM replenishments;
- Deliver timely and proper cash service in terms of demonstrating maximum attentiveness and accuracy;
- Update management information regular statistical reports through various parameters;
- Monitor ATM network operations and eliminate malfunctions in terms of CBA and the Group regulations and within set SLAs;
- Investigate customer transaction disputes accurately and in polite manner when contacting the customer;
- Provide proper service to both external and internal customers; handle customer requests with care and in a professional manner to increase customer satisfaction;
- Correct maintenance of all required documents during daily processes and end-day checking;
- Maintain service standards and quality in Supplied Services operations.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education;
- Previous work experience in the banking industry is a plus;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong knowledge of English and Armenian languages;
- Availability of a driving license is a plus;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Strong team member with an ability to learn from peers and share knowledge with them.
