Responsibilities
- Develop, lead and execute strategies
- Train and supervise the work of the department members
- Prepare reports and statistics using computer software, google sheets
- Provide business customers and private entrepreneurs with the Organization's service and product information
- Research, identify and resolve customer complaints in coherence with the Company's standards
- Meet with customer company representatives
- Analyze business and legal customer's needs, come-up with offers
- Keep track of customers using/ quitting the Company's services
- Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality
- Monitor and ensure 100% accuracy of financial transactions made by the Purchasing Department
RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
- At least 2 years of industry sales experience
- A knack for negotiation and networking
- Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
- Solid judgment along with decision-making skills
- People management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages
