Responsibilities

- Communicate with the teams and identify their teambuilding requirements
- Research and find appropriate teambuilding activities within the budget
- Plan and manage teambuilding costs
- Manage contract and price negotiations with the vendors, service providers
- Communicate with the partners and make sure the necessary arrangements meet the deadline
- Make ticket and hotel reservations for business trips
- Communicate with our offices to ensure the trips are organized smoothly
- Cooperate with the accountant team and keep updated about invoices, monthly expanse reports, etc.

RequiredQualifications

- Knowledge of MS Office software packages
- Knowledge of G-suit will be a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
