Responsibilities
- Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments
- Keep track of delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Communicate with customers and partners in verbal and written forms
- Negotiate rates with carriers
- Provide updates to customers
- Attract new customers
RequiredQualifications
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good time management ability
- Negotiation, analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Previous logistics/ transportation sales experience is a plus
