Role Title: Intern in Special Assets Department

Responsibilities
-Provide an efficient, responsive and confidential administrative support to the line manager - Manager Special Assets (MSA)
-Ongoing monitoring of Website platform of Special Asset unit and maintenance of relevant updates.
-Supervision of properties targeted for buy-out and relevant advising to Line Manager about upcoming auctions.
-Develop investment cases of assets, suggest for takeover timelines for underlying securities.
-Act as secretary of the Collateral Acquisition Governance Committee by accurately capturing minutes, timely consolidating of the packs, follow up on action delivery.
-Initiation of first contacts and carry out preliminary negotiations with target investors.
-Ensure that all properties on the Bank's balance have complete documentation and are properly filed in electronic and paper version.
-Provide support to Line Manager for execution and notarization of sales and purchase agreements.
-Assistance to CEO office with ad hoc tasks and when required.
RequiredQualifications
-Bachelor's degree

-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
-Good judgmental and quick learning skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Analytical thinking
-Fluency in English, Russian and Armenian languages
-Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
