Description
Responsibilities
- Controlling and overseeing the financial functions of the Company;
- Working with all external financial institutions, including banks and other finance sources;
- Establishing and maintaining financial accounts, and processing invoices;
- Meeting cash and debtor day targets set by the Company;
- Chasing overdue invoices by phone, email or any other communication mean within the agreed timescales;
- Handling disputed bills and negotiating to bring payment within the agreed terms;
- Working closely with the accounting tea
RequiredQualifications
- Work experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar role;
- Ability to work in a team and individually;
- Excellent communication skills in the English language;
- Excellent negotiating and decision-making skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Knowledge of financial rules and regulations;
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills;
- Sharp time management skills
