Responsibilities

• Work with local management and global Head of Employer Branding and Internal Communications to create the overall  communications strategy and supporting activities for Evolution Armenia with the aim of enhancing the employee experience in liaison. Independently lead the implementation of the agreed activities within Evolution Armenia.
• Support local management and the global organization by preparing and edit the content for different communications’ channels, such as intranet, social media, office notice boards and regular email bulletin.
• Support the Operations team with advice on messaging and tools for communication with the staff.
• Ensure proper communication of local business updates and key initiatives to staff and stakeholders as well as larger society (as relevant).
• Work with local management and global Head of Employer Branding and Internal Communications to create the overall external communications strategy and supporting activities for Evolution Armenia with the aim of increasing brand awareness, positioning and reputation among potential recruits as well as larger society. Particular focus on presence and activities in social media channels.
• Manage and filter any media requests in liaison with global Head of Employer Branding and Internal Communications.
• Analyze and evaluate various communications activities (focus on social media) to assure continuous development of efforts.
• Manage communication during a crisis with the focus on the company reputation and image, as well as the communication framework for a listed company, in close liaison with local management and global Head of Employer Branding and Internal Communications.
• Create and hold presentations (internal trainings, inspirational/information talks) relating primarily to the brand, corporate values and communications skills for Evolution Gaming employees.

RequiredQualifications

• Higher education (Bachelor’s Degree or higher)
• 3-5 years of experience in project management of internal communications and/or social media role
• Skilled writer with strong ability to identify and convey the most relevant message for designated target group  
• Experience from analyzing activities in social media
• A good team player with the confidence and ability to work independently whenever needed
• Fluent Armenian and English language skills (verbal and written)
• Proven analytical and multi-tasking skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
