Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat

Monitor customer care goals and develop improvements in customer care services

Review customer complaints and take appropriate action

Write texts for the site of our company

Create a positive image of the company

Gather customer feedback and share with our Product and Sales teams

Lead and train new members of the customer care team

RequiredQualifications

Experience working in a customer-facing role, especially as part of a Customer Support or Customer Success Team

Quickly identifying and owning customer issues

Using knowledge of email and written communication skills to provide customer care through email software

Proficient in English (written and verbal)

Familiarity with our industry is a plus
