Responsibilities
- To accept telephone calls to the Call Center, classify the issue, respond to it, or forward it to the appropriate subdivision
- Identify the customer
- Properly handle phone calls
- Fix the phone call in the company's computer program
- Provide information about the insurance claim settlement process, the amount of insurance indemnity and the manner in which it receives information to the Insured, the Insured person or beneficiary
- Obtain information from the Company's computer program on the insurance contract / certificate signed with the Company and provide the customer
- Carry out telephone marketing and sales through a list provided by the manager
RequiredQualifications
- Communication, including hearing capacity
- Understandable ability to express
- Knowledge of languages (Russian,English)
- Work experience in the field of call division and insurance is desirable
- Literate speech, ability to work with difficult customers
- Careful attitude towards customers
- Ability to adapt to changes
