Description
Work includes Bookkeeping and Project Coordination for a construction, particularly electrical firm in the USA.
Company has residential and commercial sectors. This position is looking for a person who will provide complete office support for residential sector.

Responsibilities
-Review the project drawings (provided as PDF file). Adobe Reader XI is required for the first period, until we get the professional takeoff software (in process of examination/testing)
-Go through the details, find, count and write in special excel spreadsheet (will be provided) the description and amount of electrical items, devices, equipment that need to be provided or to be energized
-Carefully read all the notes and try to find any comment or note that relates to electrical scope of work and may impact on final pricing
-Create proposal on provided template and after review with controller submit to the customer. Price formation can be based on unit pricing template that will be provided.
-Project support
-Send pricing requests to suppliers for required material of specific project
-Request submittals of general equipment required from suppliers and send to the General Contractor for approval
-Read, understand and try to resolve issues (if any) noted in returned submittals before sending over to the supplier
-When order is released, track the order to make sure the material will be delivered.
-Submit change orders (information for these will be provided by BWE project manager), follow up on their approval and inform BWE project manager when approved.
-Billing
-Contacting with customers by email and phone
-Creating and sending new invoices using MS Excel
-Keeping track of all outstanding invoices (Excel or CRM)
-Following up on unpaid invoices (Excel or CRM)

-Excellent written and verbal English
-Logical thinking
-Experience in working with MS Excel
-Online Availability from 12:00 to 24:00
-Written and Verbal communication with customers
-Super responsible and super humble person.
