Responsibilities
- Managing the software development team and processes
- Run an Agile software development process
- Track key deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Mentor software development teams in Agile approaches and best practices for requirements definition, time estimation, coding, testing, version control, and documentation
- Manage the product backlog and feature requests
- Ensure Continuous client satisfaction
- Develop feedback mechanisms
- Identify and evaluate emerging use-cases, user stories, and feature requests
- Implement user acceptance testing processes
- Establish performance monitoring criteria, design and manage monitoring systems
- Managing resources
- Obtaining high-quality products
RequiredQualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in management of software development or other similar experience
- Understanding of IT operational best practices
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with Scrum teams
- Strong knowledge of project management, particularly Agile software development methodologies
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English, and the ability to communicate well across time zones and cultures
- Solid understanding of the rapidly changing tools and methodologies
- Understanding of running production systems on a global level
- Expertise in software code testing and deployment
- Comfort with collaboration and open communication Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in Network Engineering
- CCNA/CCNP certificate
- Experience in Linux administration at production
