Responsibilities
Order management:
- Addressing basic Customer education & orders related queries
- Placing orders in Oracle, Handle product returns and repair
- Coordinating with several internal departments like Finance, Trace, Legal & other departments
- Generating documents, letters/orders Customer Management:
- Able to understand the customer needs and act accordingly
- Managing the customer details, Review or update customer accounts
- Handling customers complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Building strong relationship with Internal stakeholders and external customers
- Execution of tasks according to SLA's and standard work processes effective time management skills
RequiredQualifications
- Higher Education
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent command over Russian and English (oral and written)
- Team player
- Attention to details
- Completion of the required task within the desired deadline
- Competent speech, excellent communication skills
- Fast learner
- High performance, focus on results
