Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, review and edit job vacancy announcements and promote them via different job announcement portals
- Assist in creating networks between university career centers, different job portals and agencies, youth active groups
- Share job announcements via job announcement portals, social media, university career centers
- Do shortlisting, organize interviews, selection tests
- Maintain and periodically update employee personal files
- Prepare orders, contracts, agreements and make respective software registrations
- Assist in the introduction of newly hired employees to the company’s internal regulations
- Assist in the coordination of applicants’ data, maintain database and follow-up
- Assist in the organization and coordination of internal events (team-buildings, New Year, appreciation days.…)
- Manage medical check-ups database and make reminders
- Maintain HR documentation workflow, keep all the documents registered, signed and formalized
- Translate HR related documentation from Armenian into English and vice versa
- Other HRM related tasks
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Knowledge of RA Labor Code
- Experience in HR field
- Enthusiasm to work with the team and in the team
- Advanced PC user, familiar with Armsoft
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time-management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, often simultaneously, flexibility
- Adherence to higher working ethical standards (honesty, dedication, responsibility), innovative thinking, confidentiality and objectiveness
