Description
US-based Commonwealth Casualty Company is planning to open a Customer Service Center in Yerevan and is looking for a Customer Service Specialist with the strong knowledge of English language. The Company will provide transportation for night time.
Responsibilities
- Answer inquiries from customers solving problems and providing outstanding customer support continuously;
- Provide assistance and information to customers, answer their questions, suggesting solutions or redirecting requests to other relevant staff;
- Answer calls, enter client information into the database, verify information and maintain the database;
- Maintain the quality of support by adhering to standards and guidelines for answering customer inquiries, recommend improved procedures;
- Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.
RequiredQualifications
- Strong knowledge of English language;
- Outstanding customer service skills with customer focus;
- Ability to analyze information and come up with solutions;
- Positive, pragmatic, professional attitude with good interpersonal skills;
- Ability to stay calm under pressure;
- High attention to details.
